how to set up ip address in ubuntu ultimate

1. click on the network icon and select manual configuration.

2. select wired connection..

3. open the connection setting.

4. select the static ip address and enter ur ip address.

5. select DNS tab and enter the DNS number.. click on add button, type the DNS number then press ENTER (not the ADD button).
